Halal Reads exists because Muslim readers deserve a way to navigate literary culture that respects their values without condescending to their intelligence. Not a list of what’s ‘permitted.’ A classification system built on honest review, transparent criteria, and genuine editorial care. Infrastructure, not gatekeeping.
